Nurse Practitioner IN, New Castle - New Castle Correctional Facility - NEW CASTLE, IN 47362 Overview Education Level Professional Degree Category Medical Physician & Advanced Practice Provider Description Centurion Health is proud to be the provider of healthcare services to the Indiana Department of Correction. We are currently seeking a full-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at New Castle Correctional Facility located in New Castle, Indiana. The Nurse Practitioner works under the supervision of a physician in a correctional environment and is responsible for assisting in the delivery of health care and patient care management. This includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, performing assessments, diagnosing patients, and medication management. Shift
Day Shift Monday-Friday (8 or 10 hour shifts) No nights, holidays or weekends
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Indiana APRN license Active, unrestricted DEA Ability to pass credentialing and background 2+ years of NP experience
