What you'll own:
Deliver exceptional pediatric dental care with a strong emphasis on IV sedation. Manage your schedule autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Cultivate relationships with patients and families, building long-term trust and loyalty. Play an active role in practice growth, quality initiatives, and community engagement.

Who you are:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school IV sedation certified (or willing to obtain) Driven, coachable, and eager to lead with integrity and purpose Team-oriented with strong communication skills Prior pediatric experience is a plus, but not required — the right attitude matters most
