Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients in various settings, tailoring individualized treatment plans for optimal recovery. Educate patients and their families about therapy goals, discharge planning, and home exercise routines. Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress as per facility and regulatory standards. Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited program is required. Certifications
State licensure as a Physical Therapist is mandatory. CPR certification is preferred. Additional specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) are advantageous, though not essential. Skills
