An associate or bachelor's degree in nuclear medicine technology. State license and certification to practice nuclear medicine in the hiring state. Current BLS certification. 2 years' experience as a nuclear medicine technologist. Experience performing diagnostic nuclear medicine imaging and working with PET/SPECT equipment. Experience following radiation safety procedures and handling radiopharmaceuticals.
Preferred Qualifications
ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification preferred. Experience in a hospital setting preferred. Prior experience with dose calibration and image processing software preferred.
Assignment Details
Shift Hours: 0800-1600. Shift Days: Monday through Friday. Orientation occurs on a bi-weekly schedule.
