Are you a sales professional, customer service representative, hospitality professional, or retail sales associate looking for a career with long-term stability and growth potential?
Indigo at Grissom, a well-established apartment community in Huntsville, is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team. While apartment leasing experience is a plus, it is not required. We are looking for individuals with strong sales ability, relationship-building skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Unlike many temporary lease-up opportunities, Indigo at Grissom offers a stable environment, established resident base, consistent traffic, and the opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing multifamily housing company.

- Guide prospective residents through the apartment leasing process
- Conduct community and apartment tours
- Convert leads into leases through strong sales and follow-up skills
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive first impression
- Build relationships with prospective and current residents
- Complete lease agreements and assist with move-ins
- Maintain accurate records and leasing reports
- Assist with marketing initiatives and outreach efforts
- Ensure model apartments and vacant homes are tour-ready
- Support an exceptional resident experience
- Follow fair housing guidelines and company policies
- Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, retail sales, banking, or related experience required
- Strong closing skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Positive attitude with a service-focused mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, social media, and technology platforms
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to walk the community, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work Saturdays
