Are you a sales professional, customer service representative, hospitality professional, or retail sales associate looking for a career with long-term stability and growth potential?

Indigo at Grissom, a well-established apartment community in Huntsville, is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team. While apartment leasing experience is a plus, it is not required. We are looking for individuals with strong sales ability, relationship-building skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Unlike many temporary lease-up opportunities, Indigo at Grissom offers a stable environment, established resident base, consistent traffic, and the opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing multifamily housing company.

What You'll Do
  • Guide prospective residents through the apartment leasing process
  • Conduct community and apartment tours
  • Convert leads into leases through strong sales and follow-up skills
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive first impression
  • Build relationships with prospective and current residents
  • Complete lease agreements and assist with move-ins
  • Maintain accurate records and leasing reports
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and outreach efforts
  • Ensure model apartments and vacant homes are tour-ready
  • Support an exceptional resident experience
  • Follow fair housing guidelines and company policies
What We're Looking For
  • Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, retail sales, banking, or related experience required
  • Strong closing skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Positive attitude with a service-focused mindset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, social media, and technology platforms
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to walk the community, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
  • Availability to work Saturdays
