Responsibilities:
Provide therapy to patients in their homes, including techniques to improve speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing skills.
Customize therapy strategies to meet individual patient goals and objectives. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment goals, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements and standards.
Provide training and support for family members to assist with therapeutic exercise and strategies at home.
Job RequirementsMasters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Active registered SLP license in the state which you practice and certification (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
Must obtain and maintain current CPR/BLS Certification
One-year Speech Therapy experience in a clinical setting. Current Drivers License Comply with federal, state and local laws and regulations
