Location: Chambersburg, PA Start Date: 09/01/2026 Schedule & Shift: 24-hour coverage shifts (day shifts 7am-7am) as scheduled, approximately once every 12-14 weeks Duration: PRN (as needed) Hours per Week: Varies by coverage Employment Type: Per diem/PRN contract Licenses/Certifications: PA Medical License, Board Certification/Eligibility in Urology, DEA Experience: Prior urology practice experience preferred
Pay & Benefits:

What You'll Do:
Provide urological consultation and treatment for a diverse patient population in a hospital setting Manage patients in outpatient clinics and perform procedures as required Respond to phone calls and urgent needs from affiliated facilities (Gettysburg, Waynesboro, Fulton County Medical Center) Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure quality patient care and efficient workflows Perform documentation in EPIC EMR system Support hospital's urology coverage needs on a flexible PRN basis Adhere to hospital policies and maintain compliance with licensure and certification requirements
What You Need:
Required:
PA Medical License Board Certification or Eligibility in Urology DEA certification Experience with EPIC EMR preferred Excellent communication skills
Preferred:
Prior hospital-based urology practice Ability to work independently and handle on-call responsibilities effectively
