The posted compensation range of $35.53 - $52.85 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law. Job Summary and Responsibilities
Ortho-Spine-Brain PRN The Surgical First Assistant is responsible for assisting the physician throughout the intra-operative phase, as well as contributing to the delivery of quality patient care by working with other surgical team members during the preoperative and immediate postoperative phases. Provides skilled assistance to the surgeon. Assists with individual operating room setup Assists with positioning, prepping and draping the patient. Communicates with the surgeon and health care team regarding patient's condition Other duties as assigned by management.

Certified Surgical Assistant Program- CAAHEP-accredited training program National Certification (nbstsa preferred) AHA BCLS
