3p-11p Schedule includes every other weekend - +$2/hr shift diff - Full-time position - Part-time position Per diem: - Flexibility to pick up shifts - +$6/hr Weekend shift differential - Employee Referral Bonus - Person-centered care - Hospitality-focused environment Position Overview: We are seeking dependable and caring LNA's to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, support nursing staff, and help create a safe, respectful and comfortable environment for patients/residents. We value team members who are reliable, empathetic and detail-oriented. This position is perfect for a motivated and energetic individual! Responsibilities include:
Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions Support nurses with routine patient care tasks Maintain accurate documentation Ensure residents rooms are clean and safe. This includes all equipment as well Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and families Follow all healthcare regulations, safety standards and infection control procedures Qualifications:
Must have an active NH LNA license Strong communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Compassionate, patient-focused attitude Previous healthcare or long-term care experience preferred, but willing to train
