$20/hour + commission On-target earnings (base + commission):
$80,000/year This is a full-time, in-office role located at our San Diego headquarters: 16067 Babcock Street, San Diego, CA 92127 What You'll Do: Make 50+ outbound calls per day to warm leads using a consultative sales approach Assess customer needs and recommend the best solutions Demonstrate our software products via screen share presentations Confidently close sales and follow up with prospects Maintain organized and accurate records in our systems Bilingual in Spanish? That's a plus! What We're Looking For: Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Excellent organization and follow-up abilities Confidence in closing sales Basic computer proficiency (CRM or sales tools experience is a bonus)
