Assist veterinarians in the diagnosis, treatment, and care of animals. Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as prescribed by the veterinarian. Perform diagnostic blood, urine and fecal testing. Intravenous catheter placement. Monitor anesthesia and assist during surgical procedures. Perform diagnostics using radiographs and CT scans. Provide nursing care and post-operative care for animals. Educate and counsel pet owners on proper animal care, nutrition, and preventive health care.
Here is What You Will Bring to the Position:
Proven experience as a Veterinary Technician in a clinical setting. Strong technical skills, including laboratory work, radiology, and anesthesia monitoring. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to animal welfare. Ability to work some evenings and weekends
