Qualifications
Current Ohio PTA license Minimum 1 year of acute care experience required Home health experience preferred Valid driver's license and auto insurance

Deliver skilled therapy services in patients' homes Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist Monitor patient progress and document outcomes Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and safety Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
