Assist physicians and nursing staff with patient care and clinic operations Prepare patients for examinations and treatment procedures Obtain patient histories and record vital signs accurately Administer injections and perform laboratory testing and phlebotomy duties Maintain exam rooms, supplies, medical equipment, and inventory Schedule appointments, manage charts, and complete prior authorizations Provide education and information to clients regarding clinic services and care needs Communicate lab results and medical concerns to providers and nursing staff Support coordination of medical appointments, hospital visits, and discharge planning Visit residential locations as assigned to complete medical reviews and support care coordination Monitor and maintain durable medical equipment and clinic logs Complete documentation timely and accurately according to company policies Maintain confidentiality and uphold safeguarding and HIPAA protocols Participate in required meetings, trainings, and additional duties as assigned Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant Program or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in applicable state required One year of experience in a physician office or clinical setting preferred Previous phlebotomy and laboratory experience preferred CPR certification preferred Required License/Certification (one of the following):
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in applicable state preferred Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance required Additional Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to remain calm and professional in crisis situations Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds Knowledge of electronic health record systems and medical documentation practices Ability to follow instructions, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams Basic mathematical and problem-solving skills Flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing healthcare environment Supervisory Requirements:

Successful completion of background checks including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint checks Completion of New Hire Orientation upon hire Completion of all required training, including Relias training, upon hire and annually thereafter Physical Requirements: ADA Consideration - Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and documentation tasks. Sedentary work primarily involves sitting but may include occasional walking or standing for brief periods throughout the workday.
