Über
Provides nursing care utilizing the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients. Addresses complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families. Administers medications and treatments, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness. Documents patient history, symptoms, medications, and care given. Assesses learning needs and provides education to patients and their families or caregivers. Makes appropriate assignments and delegates to other care providers as necessary.
Schedule This is a full-time position with a schedule of 4 days, 10 hours per day from 07:00 to 17:30. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred. A minimum of 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred. BLS certification required (AHA only). RN License in the state of Texas or compact state.
