Join an established team of 5 neonatologists and a highly-trained multidisciplinary NICU support team Call structure: 1:5 with plan to move to an NNP Program with 4 NEO and NNP's covering night call Practice setting: Inpatient (Level III NICU) Access to a 32-bed unit equipped with advanced therapeutic modalities (therapeutic hypothermia, jet ventilation, high-frequency oscillatory ventilation, and NAVA), a dedicated NICU Transport Team, and robust pediatric subspecialty support Employed position within a nonprofit health system Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration Provide advanced clinical management for critically ill newborns within a state-of-the-art Level III NICU, collaborating closely with a comprehensive maternal-fetal medicine program and dedicated hospital-based pediatric subspecialists. Actively participate in regional clinical quality improvement (QI) initiatives and lead the intermittent clinical education and training of medical and physician assistant students. Qualifications Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
