Provide comprehensive nursing care to Med Surg and Telemetry patients Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Promote patient safety and quality outcomes throughout the care continuum
