Unit Notes Profile Review - the unit Manager will conduct a phone interview WA RT License Required ***** auto deducts the 1.75 WA state tax - you are able re-add that back in.** Department: RT # treatments per day 25ish Certs (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP?) RRT or is CRT acceptable? BLS, ACLS, PALS, either RRT or CRT. Types of patients (adults, peds, and neonates?) mostly adults. a few peds through the ED. What areas do they cover (Inpatient, Outpatient, ER, Rehab, Sleep Lab, etc.) Inpatient Experience or 'Must have' skills Ventilator skills, MUST have experience with strong level 2 nursery - need to be competent to take of bubble cpap, 32 weeks and up. MUST HAVE NICU experience. Job Duties (ie: Do RTs draw ABGs, perform EKGs, etc.) draw ABG's, bipap and ventilator setup, neb treatments, conscience sedation and cardioversion standby. RT don't perform EKG's. Are RTs Required to be able to Intubate Independently or only to assist? assist intubation. Respiratory Manager/Supervisor/Lead Therapist? Lead therapist on staff every shift. Shifts & Scheduling (*Would they ever be the only RT in-house?) 4+ RT's on during noc shift. Need full time noc shift. 1900-07:30. Weekend Requirement yes Holiday Requirement one Call or standby call requirement?
