Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis when necessary. Thoroughly document procedures, provide training for new employees or students, and uphold stringent lab quality standards. Maintain a safe and tidy workspace while strictly adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines. Education
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a comparable degree in allied health with preparation for ASCP or AMT certification. Certifications
Must obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment. Maintain valid certification throughout your tenure. Skills
