Physician-led care QMG emphasizes collaboration between physicians and operational leaders. Administrative teams manage operations, compliance, and contracting, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care. Compensation & benefits
Base compensation: $280,000 – $350,000 Total target: $250,000 – $700,000+ with incentives Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, loan forgiveness, CME allowance Paid licensure and certification renewals Up to 5 weeks time off and paid holidays 401(k) with match and profit sharing
