Promote\u202fand enhance\u202fthe level of clinical expertise of staff to provide safe\u202fand\u202fquality nursing care\u202ffor our patients\u202f\u202f\u00a0 Review physicians\u2019 orders and update the plans of care and documentation, as necessary\u202f\u202f\u00a0
Assist with Interviewing, selecting, training and validation of new clinical staff\u202f\u202f\u00a0 Participating in the release of our patients from the facility to their\u202fhome\u202fthrough\u202f\u201cStart of Care Assessments\u201d\u202fand\u202f\u201cRe-evaluations\u201d\u202f\u00a0 Collaborating with the operations and business development team\u202f\u202f\u00a0 Internal case management, evaluation and\u202fdevelopment of nursing\u202ftalent\u202f\u202f\u00a0 Ensure adherence to State, Federal, Local and\u00a0Aveanna\u00a0policies and procedures\u202f\u202f\u00a0 Quality assurance of clinical documentation
Care coordination with ancillary\u00a0healthcare providers Qualifications of the RN Case Manager:\u202f\u202f\u00a0
Must have good standing license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice\u202f\u202f\u00a0 Must have at least 2 years of hands-on RN nursing experience\u202fwithin the last 5 years Must be able to travel to patients\u2019 homes in designated territory\u202f\u202f\u00a0
Must have reliable transportation,\u202fvalid driver\u2019s license,\u202fand\u202fpass MVR check\u202f\u00a0 Current CPR certification\u202ffrom AHA or ARC\u202f\u00a0 Must be willing to supervise nurses providing in home skilled nursing care to infants, children, adolescents and/or adults\u202f\u202f\u00a0 Opportunities to advance and grow professionally\u202f\u202f\u00a0
