Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active Colorado Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient physical therapy required, including 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits. Ability to float within the Denver metro area as needed. Clinical documentation skills, including goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with regulatory and clinic standards. Adherence to state Practice Act and maintenance of professional licensure and continuing education. Professional behavior consistent with organizational code of conduct and patient safety practices. Preferred: experience supervising or precepting students and working with varied outpatient diagnoses.
Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Duration: 13 week assignment. Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule. Therapy Model: 60-minute evaluations; 30-minute follow-up visits. Float Requirement: Candidate must be willing to float within the Denver area.
