LPN Long Term Care

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a compassionate LPN for our Long Term Care team. In this full-time role, you’ll provide hands-on nursing care for residents, including assessments, medication administration, treatments, and chronic disease management. You’ll document in our EHR, support individualized care plans, and collaborate with RNs, providers, therapists, and social workers to promote whole-person wellbeing. Working in a mission-driven, faith-inspired environment, you’ll advance health equity for underserved neighbors while growing your clinical skills in a supportive, interdisciplinary team.
