Position Overview The Sponsorship Monetization Coordinator will support the evaluation, packaging, monetization, and marketplace activity of digital sponsorship opportunities across a large media and entertainment portfolio. This role works closely with Sales, Revenue Marketing, Pricing & Inventory, Client Solutions, and other cross-functional teams to maximize sponsorship revenue opportunities.
The position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in digital advertising, media sales, sponsorship strategy, and revenue optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Support sponsorship planning efforts by maintaining title sponsorship trackers and content calendars.
Assist with gathering and analyzing marketplace insights to identify packaging strategies and revenue opportunities.
Produce sales activity reports and performance readouts aligned with quarterly business priorities.
Maintain sales enablement materials and resources used to support RFP responses.
Serve as the primary coordinator for cross-channel sponsorship opportunities, including revenue scoping, packaging recommendations, and tracking.
Support packaging strategy development for high-profile tentpole events and premium content opportunities.
Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure sponsorship initiatives are executed efficiently.
Track sponsorship performance, inventory utilization, and revenue opportunities.
Required Qualifications
1+ year of experience in Marketing, Sales Planning, Client Services, Advertising Operations, Media Sales, or a related field.
Familiarity with digital advertising and media sales environments.
Experience using Salesforce and/or OperativeOne.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to communicate effectively with executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within a media, publishing, streaming, advertising, or entertainment organization.
Understanding of sponsorships, digital advertising products, and revenue generation strategies.
Interest in media, entertainment, and digital content.
