ImplementingstandardandrepeatableGEOINTTrainingAdvisoryGroup(GTAG) requirements processes
Developingandimplementingorganizationalperformancemetricstomeasureandreportprogress against NSG, ASG, andCGTCstrategic intent and plans.
Leading the creation, communication, and support the completion/maintenance of standardized organizationalplanningtemplates/plans(e.g.,GEOCOMtemplates,CGTCtemplates,reportsto ODNIandUSD(I)ProjectManagementPlans,StandardOperatingProcedures, PlanofActions, and Milestones, etc.)
Driving the development and delivery of programmatic measures, metrics, and support coordinationandfacilitationofProgramManagementReviewstoassessandreportprogress against relevant initiatives.
Supportdiscussionatinternalandexternalmeetingsandparticipateintargetedissuesortheme-specific activities related to strategic initiatives, organizational activities, strategic communications, or representation. Examples may include:
Participateinoffice-levelleadershipoffsitestoprovideinsightsintoongoingCGTC activities or issues
ParticipateinDNI,USD(I),orNGAconferences,orotherrelatedvenuesasdirected
SupportcoordinationandfacilitationofCGTCmeetings
MeetandcoordinatewithotherNSGandASGtrainingorganizationstoexchangeideas,issues, and concepts
SupportCGTCwithprovidingpolicyinputandrequiredreportingtoODNIand/orUSD(I)on behalf of the NSG.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’sdegreeorequivalentexperiencewithinrelatedfield
Atleast3yearsofdemonstratedexperienceinGEOINTtradecraftcompetenciesTraining development, Human Capital Development, or related disciplines.
At least 2 yearsdemonstratedexperience assembling project information to include objectives/outcomes/deliverables;writing,revising,andeditingdraftsincludingexecutive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials.
Atleast2yearsdemonstratedexperiencecompilinganddeliveringdecisionbriefstoseniorsand their staff.
Atleast2yearsdemonstratedexperienceformulating,analyzing,andresolvingplans,policy,and business issues.
Atleast2yearsdemonstratedexperiencebuildingandmanagingaprojectscheduleusingMSProject.
