Inventory Management Maintain inventory of supplies required for exam production, testing needs, and shipping. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid operational disruptions.
Packaging & Shipping Logistics Package exam materials and supplies for shipment to clients and consultants. Prepare shipments, including labelling, securing, weighing, and documentation. Coordinate with shipping carriers to arrange and track deliveries. Ensure compliance with shipping and handling procedures for sensitive materials.
Records & Billing Support Maintain accurate shipping records, receipts, and billing documentation. Support reconciliation of shipping expenses and tracking of related costs.
Receiving & Material Processing Receive returned materials from test administrations. Unpack, sort, and organize materials for short-term and long-term storage. Prepare returned scan sheets for processing and data capture.
Data Capture & Processing Scan answer sheets and verify data accuracy. Prepare and transfer data files to the scoring team in a timely manner. Maintain organized filing systems for physical answer sheets and records.
Candidate Communication & Support Print, assemble, and distribute candidate notices (e.g., results, feedback) when mailing of notifications is required.
Background Requirements and Preferred Experience The following qualifications and experiences are considered foundational requirements for this role: Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills. Experience with logistics, shipping, or operations support preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Excel, data entry systems). Ability to lift and move boxes/materials as needed. Proficient in operating and maintaining office equipment such as copiers, printers, scanners to support daily business operations Experience in testing, assessment, or educational services environments preferred. Familiarity with data processing or scanning workflows.
