Role Overview: The Inside Sales (MISC) Representative is an integral part of the sales process and will need to perform a wide variety of different tasks including (but not limited to) lead generation, submittal construction, customer service, order entry, and logistics. The ideal candidate for this role will have direct experience in sales and execution of small to mid-size municipal and industrial construction projects. Responsibilities: Field all inbound inquiries and service all customer requests Process all RFQs in a timely fashion Enter and process all orders expeditiously Generate Submittals for approval by end users Order materials directly and in accordance with guidelines set forth by the procurement division Create shippers and communicate logistics needs with the warehouse division Support Outside Sales personnel by performing outbound calls, follow-ups, and scheduling on-site sales presentations Qualifications: Associate's degree in business management or engineering or equivalent experience in a related role. 2+ Years of inside sales experience in the same or similar industry preferred Experience using ERP and CRM systems Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Outlook Strong sense of urgency and personal accountability A high degree of resourceful and persistent problem-solving capabilities Customer-focused demeanor with the ability to communicate proactively and follow through under tight deadlines Physical Requirements: sitting, standing, ability to lift 50lbs, carrying, reaching, pushing and pulling Compensation: $28 - $31 Hourly + Commission.
