Friday Compensation: $1,500 Weekly Guarantee for First 2 Months Pay After First 2 Months: $500.00/ Guaranteed Weekly, 5% Commission on All Sales Position Summary: Myles Companies is looking for motivated, results-driven Outside Sales Representatives who want to take control of their earnings and have the potential to make $100,000+ per year. This role is perfect for high-achieving sales professionals who thrive on building relationships, solving problems, and closing deals that make a real impact. While a background in diesel repair or wrecker service is preferred, the key to success in this role is drive, persistence, and a competitive mindset. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the diesel repair and wrecker industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients. Present our products and services confidently, knowledgeably, and professionally. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that exceed customer expectations. Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Qualifications:
Background in diesel repair, wrecker service, or related industry with prior accounts preferred. Sales and customer service experience highly valued. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to manage time independently. Competitive, enthusiastic, and ready to grow with a dynamic company. Compensation & Benefits:
