What You Need
Valid Iowa dental license or eligibility for licensure transfer Prior experience in general dentistry, with competence in restorative and surgical procedures Strong communication skills, especially with Spanish-speaking patients (preferred) No malpractice claims on record Ability to start quickly upon credentialing
