What You'll Do
Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders or wounds, developing tailored care plans Administer procedures including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care Assess patient progress and modify treatments to optimize outcomes Document patient treatments, progress, and discharge summaries per regulatory standards Collaborate with healthcare team members and provide consultations to patients and families Support and supervise rehabilitation aides, students, or assistants as needed Participate in meetings and trainings, contributing to quality patient care and facility goals
What You Need
Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in LTC settings Strong communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of regulatory and clinical documentation requirements Ability to obtain necessary supplies and supervise support staff
