Description Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Full-Time | Flexible Schedule | $35–$40/hr The McGuire Group | Western New York The McGuire Group is actively hiring a Full-Time Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Respiratory Therapist in New York State seeking a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and a supportive healthcare environment. Compensation & Schedule
Pay: $35–$40 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
Flexible scheduling options available Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Responsibilities
Provide respiratory therapy treatments including oxygen therapy, nebulizers, and airway management
Perform respiratory assessments and monitor patient/resident status
Respiratory equipment management (if applicable)
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with NYS and facility standards
Educate patients, residents, and families on respiratory care plans Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Requirements
Active Respiratory Therapist License (RRT required)
Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
Prior experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospital, or long-term care preferred
Strong knowledge of pulmonary care, oxygen therapy, and respiratory equipment
