What You'll Do
Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ER environment Assess patient needs, initiate appropriate interventions, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members Document all patient interactions accurately and timely Exhibit leadership and professionalism in managing urgent situations Stay compliant with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations and standards
What You Need
Valid RN license in practice state BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association CPI certification (renewed annually) Minimum of 2 years emergency room or critical care nursing experience Strong communication, organizational, and clinical judgment skills Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
