Provide direct resident care, including ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Assist with mobility and transfers Monitor and report changes in condition to the nursing team Support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being Maintain accurate documentation Promote a safe, clean, and positive environment What We're Looking For: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Active Florida CNA certification in good standing Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (but not required) Compassionate, patient-centered mindset Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable and professional work ethic What You'll Do:
