Location: Puyallup, WA (10217 125th Street Court East) Start Date: 06/15/2026 (credentialed providers, available within 4 weeks) End Date/Duration: 3 months, with potential extension Shift: Day, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday Hours per Week: 40 Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: Active WA License & DEA, BLS/ACLS (if applicable), Board Certified or BE Experience: Prior outpatient or community health experience preferred, clean background required
Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $73.20 Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with laws Reimbursements for licensure, certifications, travel, and lodging (if applicable) 24/7 dedicated support team throughout assignment
What You'll Do:
Provide pediatric care from newborn to adolescent patients in a community health setting Manage a high volume of patients (up to 16 per day), including those with complex needs Support patients with comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning Collaborate with healthcare team members, including medical assistants, nurses, mental health therapists, and dietitians Adhere to clinic protocols, documentation standards using EPIC EMR, and quality care guidelines Participate in a ramp-up to full patient care, with onsite orientation and training Support migrant and refugee populations, utilizing interpretative services when needed
What You Need:
Active Washington medical license and DEA Board certification or board eligibility in pediatrics (BC or BE) Experience with EPIC EMR system required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient environment Strong communication skills and cultural competence (bilingual skills a plus)
