Licensed Practical Nurse - Overnight Private Duty Chesapeake, Virginia Salary: $29 - $35 / per hour Maxim Healthcare in Virginia Beach, VA is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in the home setting. As a team member of Maxim, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact, while providing safe and patient-centered care for G-tube, Trach & Ventilator needs. Position Details:
Locations - Chesapeake, Suffolk Shifts - Overnights; 10p-6a, 11p-7a

Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications:
Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice. Current TB or Chest X-Ray. Current BLS card.
