PRN Registered Nurse (RN) Village Caregiving is currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to support our growing team. This role will serve clients in Wood County and surrounding areas, providing essential in-home care assessments and support. Pay Rate: $60/hour Schedule: As-needed (PRN) with flexible hours What You'll Do
Complete in-home assessments to evaluate client needs Create and update personalized care plans for caregiving staff Document visits and care plans in our electronic charting system Collaborate remotely with our Eau Claire office team Assist with case management and ongoing client care coordination Travel within a one-hour radius for client visits
What We're Looking For
Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
