Ensure day-to-day courier services for Atlantic Health System are completed in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities: Maintain a flexible schedule and be available for overtime, special events and holidays as needed by the department. Completes tasks and assignments in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain updated current courier run sheets monthly for their shifts. Be in full uniform including a visible ID badge, key peg and maintain a professional appearance. Clean vehicles inside and out daily. Complete and turn in rig check sheets daily. Swipe in and out on time. Be on time for routine scheduled courier stops. Obtain receiving signatures for all boxes and packages. Adhere to all Atlantic Health System and Atlantic Ambulance Policy and Procedures. Complete all required training and maintain all required certifications and licenses. Be familiar with the use of an iPhone and basic technology. Contribute to a team environment. Attend at least 50% of all transportation staff meetings. Qualifications
Job Qualifications: Valid NJ Driver's License (CDL optional) - Free of restrictions Ability to lift and pull at least 75 lbs. Obtain CPR/First Aid Certification within 4 months of hire date. Excellent customer service skills Required Core Competencies: Ability and willingness to mentor new employees Available for off shift and weekend hours as needed. Driving in all weather conditions Able to be discreet when dealing with sensitive/confidential information.
