Job Responsibilities
Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and design personalized therapy strategies aimed at helping them achieve their functional aspirations. Implement Evidence-based Interventions: Apply scientifically supported methods to boost patients' physical capabilities, cognitive function, and daily life skills. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in concert with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide inclusive and comprehensive care. Guide Patients and Families: Empower patients and their families with knowledge about therapy techniques that facilitate ongoing progress at home. Assess and Record Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment approaches as necessary, ensuring patients remain on the path to recovery. Education
Valid Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Support for continuing education or additional post-graduate certifications is available Certifications
Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is required NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory Skills
