Minimum Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current state licensure in good standing or eligibility for licensure in North Carolina. ASHA CCC-S or eligibility. Valid Educator's License or eligibility to obtain one in North Carolina. Experience providing speech and language therapy in a school-based setting preferred. Experience conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and maintaining compliant documentation preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working in public school districts or with pediatric populations preferred. Familiarity with district and state special education regulations preferred.

Impacting Patient Care
Provide speech and language therapy in a school-based setting. Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver goal-aligned therapy. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams. Maintain documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
