Job Description
Our company is seeking a Customer Service / Sales Representative for our Independent Insurance Agency. We are looking for a self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills. We are an organization that rewards loyalty, dedication, consistency and commitment. Responsibilities and Requirements include: Sales and service to client base. The ability to maintain, and update agency files. Must have the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience. Professional demeanor. Knowledge of Microsoft Word. Property & Casualty license. Experience in Life and Health insurance helpful, but not required. This position pays a Base Salary plus Commissions, health care stipend and an available retirement plan. Warm leads provided. $16.83/hr to $20.83/hr base salary depending on experience. Base salary can be negotiated higher with a book of business. There is also an available $1,000 signing bonus. A tenacious, hardworking individual can earn upwards of $40,000 to $60,000 the first year!
