We are looking for a dedicated to providing healthcare organizations with top-tier talent. We are currently seeking an experienced LTC Unit Manager (RN or LPN) to provide strong clinical leadership within our long-term care community in Boston, MA 02128. This full-time day shift position (9AM-5PM, Monday-Friday) offers competitive pay, strong benefits, and the opportunity to play a key role in maintaining high standards of resident care. Position Details:
Location: Boston, MA 02128 Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $53-$55/hour (based on experience and licensure) Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure consistent, high-quality resident care Coordinate daily staffing needs, schedules, and unit workflow Ensure compliance with CMS regulations, DPH standards, and facility policies Review and monitor resident care plans, documentation, and clinical records Communicate regularly with physicians, residents, and family members regarding care needs and updates Evaluate nursing practices and support continuous quality improvement initiatives Assist with infection control protocols, QAPI programs, and other performance initiatives Provide leadership, mentorship, and training for nursing staff Participate in management meetings and help prepare the unit for regulatory surveys Qualifications:
Active RN or LPN license in Massachusetts in good standing Minimum 2-3 years of long-term care experience required Previous charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of CMS guidelines, DPH requirements, and the MDS process Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with electronic medical record systems (PCC experience preferred) Why Join Our Team?:
