WORK SCHEDULE: Monday- Friday Clinic Hours. No weekends, No Holidays, No Call
RESPONSIBILITIES: Patient Assessment and Care: * Conduct initial consultations including history, physical examination, and ordering relevant diagnostic tests. * Develop and implement patient care plans based on clinical assessment and diagnosis. * Perform post-operative care and follow-up, including wound care, suture removal, and monitoring for complications. Clinic Procedures: * Perform minor surgical procedures independently, such as incision and drainage of abscesses, removal of small skin lesions, and wound debridement. Patient Education and Counseling: * Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures, post-operative care, and recovery expectations. * Provide counseling on lifestyle modifications, medication management, and preventive health measures. * Address patient concerns and answer questions regarding their treatment plans and recovery. Quality Improvement and Compliance: * Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and clinic efficiency. * Ensure compliance with clinic protocols, regulatory requirements, and best practice guidelines. * Monitor and report adverse events, complications, and other clinical issues to maintain patient safety.
PAY RANGE: $143,163.00- $159,070.00 Annually based on a 1.0 FTE
PAY RANGE STATEMENT:
Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as internal equity.
