Provide clinical and administrative support to providers, including check-in/check-out tasks, patient intake, vital signs, medication review, point-of-care testing, and assisting with procedures Support efficient patient flow by greeting patients, preparing exam rooms, maintaining equipment, and ensuring accurate documentation in the EHR Manage front-office and communication tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, processing referrals, and coordinating prescription requests Float between medical practices to meet staffing needs while collaborating with care teams to deliver safe, compassionate, high-quality patient care
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Active CMA, CCMA, or RMA certification Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in a medical office Experience using electronic health records (EHR) Knowledge of medical terminology Comfort managing confidential and sensitive information
