Inside Sales Specialist

United Home Experts is looking for a motivated, hungry, sales specialist with great phone skills!

We are growing our marketing efforts to include inside sales and dedicated outbound callers. We're looking for a key person who can hit the ground running, learn our systems and drive call volume.

Initial Responsibilities

• Calling homeowners to offer free, no-obligation home improvement consultations
• Following a simple qualifying script (no selling just set the appointment!)
• Making 200 to 500 calls a day
• Booking appointments directly into our system
• Prove ability to drive volume to justify expansion of team

What We're Looking For

• Strong communicator with a confident phone presence
• Able to follow a script and stay focused
• Experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or appointment setting
• Self-starter who's excited about performance based bonus ($$ for every appointment!)
• Work collaboratively with management and other team members.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of previous calling experience, ideally in a high-volume call-center environment
• Possesses a calm and steady disposition while also keeping energy up and motivation high.
• Excellent verbal skills.
• This is an In Office role
