Senior Sales Associate

Our client, a contemporary luxury brand, is looking for a talented Luxury Retail Sales Associate to join their new Meatpacking District concept store on Hudson Street.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to deliver memorable, personalized experiences
• Greet, engage, and style clients based on individual preferences to maximize sales opportunities
• Build, maintain, and expand a strong client book through consistent outreach and follow-up
• Support in-store initiatives including sales floor execution, merchandising, and stockroom organization as needed
• Uphold exceptional standards of store presentation and general housekeeping
• Contribute to a collaborative, service-driven team environment

Experience & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in luxury or premium retail environments preferred
• Strong clienteling experience with a proven ability to build and retain a client book
• Background in fashion, retail, or related industries strongly preferred (college degree in Fashion or related field a plus, not required)
• Experience with retail POS systems and keyholder responsibilities is a plus
• Energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about luxury retail and customer service
• Multilingual a plus!
