This position is located in Woodland, CA. POSITION SUMMARY This position is for parts and service sales throughout the Holt Ag Solutions territory by engaging new customers and existing customers not currently being served by HAS Product Support sales team. The ISR will have an assigned customer list for sales calls with set sales and activity goals.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Primarily working with customer by phone and utilizing travel as needed to serve customers and to close sales. Work to establish account and call plans with Sales Manager. Facilitate regular out bound sales calls. Qualify leads. Work with support teams to provide qualified leads from established customers. Prepare sale quotations and sales contracts by clearly communicating price, warranty, and credit terms. Cultivate relationships with new or potential customers. Accountable for Sales Link input with assigned customers within territory. Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from other sources. Keep customer mail list, customer database, and CRM software up to date. Work with marketing on marketing campaigns. Conduct proactive account management on assigned accounts by completing customer profile function in Sales Link. Updates customer information. Leads. Activities. Sales. Stay current on competitive products in order to offer the best solutions based on customer interest and concerns. Other duties may be assigned.
SKILLS Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Time management skills a must. Must be able to work with other salespeople and help where directed with demo's, training and lead exchanges. Must be able to sell a minimum dollar volume (TBD) sales volume in first 12 months. Based on Customer List assigned. Ability to read and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Safely drive, load and unload demo delivery vehicle requiring a class "C" license. Safely operate, drive and demonstrate Compact Construction Equipment and other related items on customer job sites or locations.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE High School or GED and three years industry experience and/or training and education.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must have a valid driver license with a clean motor vehicle record report.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works in outside weather conditions. The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in high precarious places. The employee will be working in facilities and on job sites that may have loud machinery and/or equipment noises.
COMPENSATION Wage Range $40,000 PLUS Commission Annually Wage depends on knowledge, skills and ability to perform the responsibilities of the job.
