Performs menu editing as directed by the Registered Dietitian. Prepares patient trays accurately. Assists in orienting and in-servicing new employees to department. Obtains necessary information from the medical record to determine patient's nutritional status. Maintains a good working relationship both within the department and with other departments. Assist in cost containment through appropriate ordering and conserving of supplies and ensuring accurate charges are documented. . Qualifications
Previous experience in hospital food preparation preferred Basic computer knowledge Candidate must be a team player and have excellent customer service skills
