Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans within a skilled nursing facility setting Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence in daily activities Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care Educate patients and family members on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of Oregon or eligibility to obtain Current CPR/BLS certification Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel or contract therapy experience Familiarity with MDS documentation and Medicare guidelines in a SNF environment Why Join Us
