Certified Nursing Assistant Wesley Place is hiring a driven CNA to be a part of the team. Key Responsibilities As a CNA on the team, you'll be tasked with:
Providing care and education to the residents according to their Care Plan Assisting with new admits, transfers, and discharges Communicating with the nursing department and other departments to ensure residents' needs are met Answering residents' Call Lights promptly Other duties as assigned
