LPN Long Term Care

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a compassionate LPN for Long Term Care to deliver resident-centered nursing in our mission-driven, faith-inspired setting. The LPN provides hands-on care, including medication administration, treatments, vital sign monitoring, and support with ADLs for underserved older adults. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document in EHR, uphold infection control and safety standards, and communicate with residents and families.
