Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities for international air and ocean freight services
Build and maintain relationships with importers, exporters, and supply chain decision‑makers
Prospect and generate leads through calls, networking, referrals, and client visits
Prepare pricing proposals and service presentations
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure excellent customer experience
Maintain consistent follow‑up with prospects and existing customers
Track sales activity and pipeline updates in CRM systems
Stay informed on market trends and freight forwarding solutions
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, inside sales, or customer service preferred
Interest in transitioning into outside sales and business development
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Motivated, competitive, and goal‑oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Knowledge of international air and ocean freight is a plus
Base salary: $65,000 – $75,000 annually
Uncapped commission structure
Full training and sales support provided
